What paper and inks do you use?

Nothing but the best! For all of our unframed giclee prints we use off-white fine art paper is 100% cotton Hahnemuhle* Photo Rag Ultra Smooth, and we use lightfast, acid-free, UltraChrome Epson pigment based inks that deliver a sharp, vivid image with a high degree of colour absorption and accuracy. *Hahnemuhle papers are fibre (wood pulp) based paper from FSC certified sustainable sources, with significant post-consumer recycled content with no resin component. All paper is acid and lignin free. For our framed prints we use quality 230gsm matte art paper.

Will my unframed print fade?

No. We only use paper and inks that are archival guaranteed, meaning your print will outlast us all and be as vibrant as the day you purchased it!

Will my framed print fade?

We suggest not hanging your framed print in bright direct sunlight to avoid any possible fading. This is because we use a different paper to our unframed prints.

Do you offer framing?

Yes we do! All of our frames are gallery quality and made from 100% genuine timber and are custom made to fit your chosen print.

For unframed prints you can purchase off-the-shelf frames or have your print custom framed. We strongly suggest you buy your frame after you receive your print allowing you to make the right choice regarding frame colour and matts. Our prints fit most standard sized frames.

Will my print look exactly as pictured?

Depending on your viewing device you may find the print colours vary ever-so slightly.

Can I customise colours on my print?

Yes, most of the time you can change colours on some of our prints to better suit your décor. You will need to Contact Us first to check if your selected print can be modified.

Can I purchase a single print from the print sets?

Absolutely! Just Contact Us and we will let you know how to go about it.

How long will it take for my print or framed print to arrive?

What happens if my print or frame arrives damaged?

All orders are carefully checked and packed prior to shipping. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement print or framed print. It would be appreciated if a photo of the damaged item could be uploaded so we can make a claim from Australia Post. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information. Unfortunately we not ship framed prints to international destinations.

Where are my prints designed and printed?

All of our prints are designed and professionally printed in Melbourne, Australia, and we thank you in advance for supporting our local business.

How often do you release new designs?

We are constantly updating our range, so it is a good idea to check back in from time-to-time. We will also notify you of any new arrivals via your email newsletter or you can see updates on our social media posts.

Who creates the artwork?

We do! Everything is lovingly designed in-house.

Do you welcome trade enquiries?

Yes, trade enquiries are always welcome. Just leave us a short message along with your details on our Wholesale page. We will be in touch as soon as humanly possible.

I would like to use your artwork on some of my products.
